The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 6PM in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State highway pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Notice of Intent filed by Carolynn Branthoover. Applicant proposes construction of a permeable paver pool deck and walkway, installation of a bocce court and vista pruning at property located at 140 Eider Lane, Map 16, Parcel 018.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by the Cape Cod National Seashore. Applicant proposes replacement of Nauset Marsh Trail bridge with a timber plank boardwalk at property located at 2800 State highway, Map 12, Parcel 319.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Robert Roach. Applicant proposes vegetation maintenance and removal of two pine trees at property located at 8 Preservation Way, Map 12, Parcel 063.

Request for Certificate of Compliance for DEP SE 19-580 for removal of trees and brush in the buffer zone and removal of trees and brush stored in the marsh area at property located at 30 Briggs Field Road, Map 08, Parcel 308.

Request for an extension permit filed by the Massasoit Hills Homeowners Association. Applicant requests a three year extension of DEP SE 19-823 for beach sand nourishment and stairway repairs property located at Salt Works Road, Map 04.

Request for a change in plans filed by Steven Hayes. Applicant proposes driveway modifications at property located at 550 State Highway, Map 21, Parcel 046.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by John and Elisa DiBari. Applicant proposes installation of sand envelopes, removal of invasive plantings, and sand nourishment at property located at 92 Old State Highway, Map 20, Parcel 116C.
